No Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing and preparing your order immediately.

No Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Products

We request customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening their package.

If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, missing, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video along with relevant photos.

Our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Shipment Returns

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping and return charges.

Refund Timeline

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 2–3 working days after receiving the required information and supporting evidence.

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Important

Products that are returned, rejected, or reported without following the conditions mentioned in this policy may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Sree Foods reserves the right to assess each complaint and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
