This premix is wheat based, so it contains gluten and is not gluten-free.

1. Empty the waffle premix into a bowl.
2. Add milk and melted butter as per pack directions.
3. Whisk into a smooth, thick batter and let it rest for a few minutes.
4. Heat and lightly grease your waffle maker, pour in the batter and close the lid.
5. Cook until golden and crisp, then serve with fruit, honey, jaggery syrup or chocolate sauce.
